Biographical note:
Miles Anderson is a keen collector of cacti and succulent plants. He owns and runs the Miles To Go cactus and succulent nursery in Tucson, Arizona. Miles has contributed to numerous articles and books.
Terry Hewitt was a collector of cacti and succulent plants for 40 years, and for over 25 of those years he grew them commercially at Holly Gate Cactus Nursery in Sussex. A lecturer and writer, Terry contributed to many articles and books, including The Royal Horticultural Society Gardeners” Encyclopedia of Plants and Flowers.
