Biographical note:
Dr. Horton has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the Victoria University, Manchester, England, Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology, a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology, Masters of Arts Degree in Theology, PhD in Counseling and a Doctorate of Canon Law from Abundant Life Bible College & Theological Seminary. He is presently pursuing two doctorate degrees, one in Education Administration and the other in International Business Studies through University of Wales. He also studied Philosophy and Religious Studies through Yale University. A History Of Results He is the Founder, President and CEO of a combination management, consulting and capital advisory firm with a network of angel capital, private equity and institutional investors. Simultaneously, Dr. Horton serves as the Chief Director for the Regents of Prineston Educational Network Department of Theological Division of Christian Business and Church Planting Program. There he directed the School of Education, research and services for the Departments in lieu to compliance with the National Accrediting Associations. Through a variety of advisory and hands-on services, He has enabled clients to transition to the next level of business growth. Dr. Horton specialize in business, high technology, educational corporations and offer a variety of advisory and hands-on services geared to meet the need of those businesses, including financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, capital sourcing, business development, strategic positioning, executive business coaching and marketing execution services. His skills are diverse, hands-on, and results-driven to support and drive momentum in order to gain or accelerate growth and optimize corporate value. He is also a mediator arbitrator, over-seeing individual, institutional, and corporate cases. Dr. Horton has successfully conducted over 2,800 personal and business dialogues on the subject of construction, business, employment, insurance, bad faith, personal finance, eminent domain, malpractice, real estate, ecclesiastical association, and many others.
